Our team is a dynamic group of developers, project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts working on innovative, real-world projects. As a Junior Developer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in front-end development by contributing to the creation and enhancement of websites, digital forms, and business applications that make a real impact.
This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, self-driven, and passionate about development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is essential. Experience with C# or a strong desire to grow in C# development is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Support development tasks, including work with C# and .NET-based systems.
- Participate in the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of websites and digital applications.
- Collaborate closely with senior developers, quality assurance analysts, project managers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Help troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues.
- Contribute ideas and feedback in team discussions around user experience, accessibility, and system improvements.
- Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks or libraries like jQuery and Bootstrap is a plus.
- Experience with C# or a strong interest and motivation to develop C# skills.
- Strong self-motivation, initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow as a developer.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
