The ideal candidate will work closely with management and operations to enhance systems, support end users, and turn operational data into clear, actionable insights. Strong foundations in Python, JavaScript, and SQL are expected; experience with C#/.NET MAUI is highly valued.

What You'll Do

Software Development: Collaborate with management and operations to design, develop, and maintain essential applications and tools that support core plant processes, streamline workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Scripting: Create and manage automation scripts to handle manual, repetitive tasks, improving accuracy and operational efficiency.

IT Support: Provide hands-on and remote technical assistance to fellow employees, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth operation of internal platforms and physical IT infrastructure.

SQL Development: Create SQL queries and views for data extraction, reporting, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

Data Analysis: Analyze operational datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

Report Generation: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, transforming raw data into clear, actionable summaries for stakeholders.

Compliance and Security: Enforce data-privacy best practices and support employee cybersecurity awareness training.

Documentation and Training: Write and keep up-to-date documentation on infrastructure; deliver training on new tools to end users.

Incident Response & Maintenance: Respond to and resolve application and infrastructure incidents, minimizing downtime and implementing preventive measures.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and collaborate on solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
